Statutory right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer resident in France, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day after you receive the goods, without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty. You may exercise this right by sending a clear statement to info@vornexa.my or by calling +33 6 01 26 05 15 (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 CET). We will acknowledge your withdrawal by email within one (1) business day.

Commercial return window (30 days)

In addition to your statutory right, Vornexa accepts returns within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery for any reason. This commercial policy does not limit or replace your statutory right of withdrawal; if the two overlap, the provision more favourable to you applies.

Return conditions

To be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, complete, with all accessories and original packaging. Products damaged by abnormal use, modified, or incomplete are excluded from the commercial return policy, but this exclusion does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal where the product has only been handled as necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning. Return shipping costs are borne by you; no restocking fee is charged.

Vornexa — Returns Department, 55 rue d'Iena, 59000 Lille, France. Please include your order number and a copy of the purchase confirmation. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and retaining proof of dispatch.

Refund timing

Upon receipt of your withdrawal notice, we will confirm eligibility and initiate the refund within one to two (1–2) business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer typically requires five to eight (5–8) business days to credit the amount. In any event, the refund is completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw, in accordance with Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code.

Defective or incorrect items

If the product is defective or does not match your order, return shipping is free of charge and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
